Concept 1 Be creative without limits
The campaign shows the huge amount of possibilities and the wide range of user specification which are served by the new CorelDRAW Graphics Suite X5. We use different headlines for each part of the Suite. For example: Vector Booster / Creative Mentor / Fashion Styler / Illustration Big Bang
The design uses strong colours, vector elements or images from photo sources. All this plays around the X5 Logo . The are a lot of possibilities how you can work with this concept and how to attract to the product. Have a look at some X5s
Concept 2 Create your own world
Aimed for all user groups, this campaign should demonstrate the possibility to create something new and innovative out of easy things. Nothing is impossible. You just need the right tool to bring your concepts to live . This tool is the innovative and versatile CorelDRAW Graphics Suit X5.
The motive is always split into half. On top the original motive – the starting point. The product and the headline in capital letters are placed in the middle. The product is the tool for the recreation. Beneath stands the result of the creative process. In this case a dog, build form pieces which where cut out from the original image. The attention lays on the effect to create new ideas out of common things, to be able to find you own style with the help of this suit. The product is highlighted in an individual way.
Moves whole cities. Simple architectural work develops to a creative construction, to grow into the sky. The viewer has to read and see what's happening there. A break through, through common points of view.
As you can see, it's possible to develop this idea further and further. Objects stack on each other and rearrange in a new way or out of one picture grows another one. The concept is furthermore a homage to the great artists of old times, which tried to change the world through always changing perceptions and gained famousness with that.

Hi there!
There are some updates online that I want to share:
First I've set up a small mini portfolio showing my most important game-art related work. It does help to get a quick overview over my stuff, if you're in a rush.

2nd there is an quick bug fix online for my toon shader (now v0.56). It solves the problem that colored specular maps where drawn monochrome.
And last but not least I've finished my samurai cowboy character. Check out all wip and final images here

changes since v0.53
- LitSphere support - all major texture slots can be disabled/enabled - normalmap red and green channel can be inverted - added technique for 1 light/pass support - choose this if you're using the shader with the default scene light - rim light can be calculated from normalmap or surface normals - diffuse to ambient "leaking" can be influenced - global opacity can be changed

Ela is working on video tutorials for Corel's Graphics Suit X4. They are integrated into Corel's Partner Program: www.corel-tipp-clips.de
There is also some new stuff online in the Dialogmarketing Sektion from Ela's page. |

I've released an update for my toon shader (v0.53). More information and the download link are here
changes since v0.51
- changed from shader model 2.0 to 3.0 - better rim light handling - better ramp shading handling - modify the nm blue channel - some minor bug fixing

Ok after years I've installed MC2 again and I still love it. Atm I'm finishing my first custom singleplayer map and maybe this will lead to a full campaign (we'll see).
So first time RTS-Game Mapping for me.. and it's cool. But of course there had to be some custom art first
I'm not the best animator but this should do its job. here we go...

I've created a very simple but functional TF2 max viewport shader. It's supposed to be a help while texturing custommodels for TF2.

So here it is.. a major update to my portfolio
I´ve changed the structure a bit and added the script´n stuff section with information about the more technical stuff I do.
Furthermore there are lots of new character and environment pictures online.
